Photography & Videography Services Agreement

1. Booking & Payment

• A minimum of 30% advance is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining amount is to be paid on or before the event date.

• Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the advance.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Deliverables

• Edited photos will be delivered within 15-20 working days.

• Edited videos and wedding films will be delivered within 30 working days.

• Albums (if applicable) will be delivered within 20-25 days after photo selection.

4. Working Hours

• Coverage hours are based on the package. Additional hours will be charged separately.

• Delays or extensions beyond agreed hours must be pre-approved and paid additionally.

5. Copyright & Usage

• Odlens retains the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, or promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may use the images/videos for personal and non-commercial use.

6. Drone Services

• Drone rental services in Bhubaneswar are weather- and location-permitted.

• Necessary permissions from venue authorities or local administration must be arranged by the client.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural calamities, or venue restrictions.

• In such cases, our responsibility is limited to a full or partial refund or a rescheduled shoot.

8. Client Responsibility

• The client must provide necessary details such as event schedule, venue access, and contact persons in advance.

• Any changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.

9. Album Design

• Album design and printing will be done only after the client has selected the photos.

• Delays in selection from the client may delay delivery.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

• By booking with Odlens Wedding Photography Studio, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
