At Odlens Studio, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality photography and camera booking services. Please read our No Refund Policy carefully before making any booking or payment.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment.

• Once payment is made, the date and time slot are reserved exclusively for you.

2. No Refunds

• All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client, change of plans, or no-show.

• This applies to all photography sessions, camera bookings, and related services.

3. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your booking once, provided at least 15 Days notice is given and the new date is available.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 15 Days before the scheduled shoot will be treated as a new booking.

4. Service Cancellation by Odlens Studio

• In rare cases of unforeseen technical issues or emergencies from our side, we may reschedule your booking or offer a credit note for future use (no cash refunds).

5. Acceptance

By making a payment or confirming a booking with Odlens Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
