1. Enquiries and bookings
A booking is confirmed only after ODLENS Studio confirms availability, scope, price and any required advance in writing. An enquiry or quotation alone does not reserve a date.
2. Pricing and payments
Prices, deliverables, taxes where applicable, travel, accommodation, overtime, rentals, print quantities and payment milestones will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Work may begin after the agreed advance is received.
3. Changes, postponements and cancellations
Please request changes as early as possible. Date changes, cancellations, refunds and any non-refundable costs will be handled according to the written booking agreement and applicable law.
4. Photography and video deliverables
Coverage hours, number and format of edited photographs, film duration, editing rounds, delivery method and expected timeline will be agreed in writing. Raw files and project files are not included unless specifically agreed.
5. Client cooperation and permissions
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, access permissions and any venue or participant permissions required. We will make reasonable efforts to capture agreed moments, but specific shots cannot be guaranteed in every live event.
6. Customised gifts and printing
Customers should check names, spellings, images, sizes, colours, quantities and proofs before approving production. Personalised products may not be returnable except where required by applicable law or where an item is defective or differs materially from the approved order.
7. Equipment rental
Rental availability, rental period, collection/return time, deposits, care requirements, damage/loss responsibility and late-return charges must be confirmed before handover.
8. Image use and portfolio
Any use of client photographs, videos or identifying details for promotional purposes should be agreed with the client and handled consistently with applicable law and the privacy policy.
